Co-taught by David Jacobson, Founder of Goal Success, Inc., and Ryan Jacobson, a Gen Z consultant and Chapman University graduate.
Together, they model mentorship and communication across generations — combining 30+ years of leadership expertise with the modern Gen Z perspective.
THRIVE helps young adults integrate communication, professionalism, and self-awareness into daily life.
The practice based approach supports continuous growth and builds habits that last long beyond the program.
THRIVE emphasizes hands-on skills practice. A safe, supportive environment encourages participants to take risks in practicing new skills, self-reflect and share openly. Facilitated exercise including making effective small talk, mock interviews, collaborative discussions, and feedback build both confidence and capabilities essential for Gen Z success in the workplace, school, and life.
Thrive™ is available across the globe. The program has been successfully delivered in over 15 countries around the world. It is currently offered in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Other languages are available upon request.
